Winco Releases First Swing Arm Recliner with Urethane Arms
Winco Mfg. LLC., announces the release of its Designer Care Cliner, their first swing arm recliner featuring soft urethane arms. This clinical recliner offers sleek lines for a modern design, in addition to urethane arms for comfort and durability. The use of urethane arms directly addresses the rigors of institutional use with enhanced resistance to scuffing and abrasion.
The addition of the Swing-away arm chair expands the functionality of the Designer Care Cliner series. “This opens the door to a new market segment for the Designer Care Cliner line” stated Jim Ankoviak, CEO and President of Winco, “These recliners have unmatched flexibility both in their design and in the applications in which they can be used”.
The Designer Care Cliner line now includes small, standard and XL versions with fixed or swing-arm options. Winco’s premier seating is available with 3-position seating, Trendelenburg, or lock bar positioning options. This versatile line provides configurable, attractive design choices which meet the specific needs of Oncology/Infusion, Dialysis, Orthopedics and Long Term Care facilities. The Designer Care Cliner also serves as the perfect in-room chair for patients or visitors. Compared to fixed arm chairs, this new model allows simpler more thorough cleaning as well as quicker, safer, patient transfer, especially in emergency situations.
Winco has enhanced this practical design by offering beautiful rich wood arm and table options that make it easier than ever to create a custom, non-clinical look while still meeting rigourous clinical requirements of practically any treatment environment.
