Any charges not paid by the due date on the invoice are subject to a 1½ % service charge per month (18% annum). Winco will not ship on any past due account. Legal and/or collection fees incurred for any invoice are the responsibility of the customer. Legal venue shall be Marion County, FL. Unless otherwise specified by contract.
PO REQUIREMENTS
All Purchase Orders must include the following in order to expedite the order entry process: correct pricing, specified vinyl color, TB133 requirement confirmed or waived (for CA, IL, MA, MN), Contact Name/ Phone Number for Ship To Address, Shipping Requirements (Liftgate, Inside Delivery, etc..) and Special Order Instructions. An updated PO will be required if above information is missing and/or incorrect.
WARRANTY
One Year Warrantyincludes complete product for one (1) year against manufacturer defects at Winco Mfg., LLC's sole discretion. Winco Mfg. will pay freight for all approved First Year Warranties.
Three Year Warranty includes manufacturing defects in Electrical Components, Gas Springs, Reclining Mechanisms and Cracking or Delaminating Vinyl Parts. Dealer/customer will be responsible for paying freight on Three Year Warranty claims.
Lifetime Warranties include chair frames against manufacturer defects. Dealer/customer will be responsible for paying freight on Lifetime Warranties.
● Pictures must be provided for review in all Warranty Claims to determine root cause.

● Costs may be applicable if part returned does not fall under Warranty Terms.
RETURNS
All returns or exchanges must be pre-approved by Winco Mfg., LLC Products must be returned within 30 days, UNUSED, in their original packaging with a Return Authorization (RA) number provided by Winco Mfg., LLC. The Dealer/customer shall be responsible for all Return Freight charges and logistics. All returns are subject to a 30% Restocking Fee.
SHIPPING
F.O.B. Factory. All orders will be shipped Pre-Pay and Added [Freight charges will be added to the invoice total] unless otherwise indicated on the Purchase Order. There is no Drop-Ship fee. Specific routing instructions must be indicated on each Purchase Order. Free Freight: applies to one single order over $5,000.00, with one direct point destination within the continental U.S. only. Free freight does not apply to any special freight services (such as lift gate & inside delivery) Whenever possible we ship our products knocked down (KD) and by the least expensive carrier. Winco Mfg., LLC will provide LTL Freight Charge Estimates [30 day validity] and Volume Freight Charge Estimates [5 day validity] upon request. Customer will be responsible to pay Winco Mfg., LLC additional freight charges if incurred. Winco MFG., LLC reserves the right to bill Customer, at any time, for the following: Fuel Surcharges, Redelivery fees, Re-consignment fees, any Additional Services performed at time of delivery that were not initially requested on Customer's Purchase Order. A Residential Fee of $50.00 will be applied for each applicable shipment.
IN THE EVENT OF FREIGHT DAMAGE
DO NOT sign a "free-and-clear" delivery receipt if the packaging indicates potential damage to the product. Immediately un-box and thoroughly inspect your shipment upon delivery. Damaged shipments should be signed for as DAMAGED or they should be REFUSED depending upon the condition of the product(s) and/or shipment. Save all packaging materials for inspection by Freight Carrier if there is damage or shortages. Failure to notify Winco Mfg., LLC and Freight Carrier of shipment damages / shortages within 10 days of receipt constitutes proof that the product(s) were accepted without fault. Winco Mfg., LLC will not be held responsible for additional costs associated with damage if notification does not take place in the allotted time frame and the above instructions are not followed.
SALES TAX
Winco Mfg., LLC is required by law to collect and remit state sales tax on any products shipped to Florida for all non-tax exempt customers. Winco Mfg., LLC does not collect sales tax on products shipped to other states. However, customer may incur a use tax to the state in which they reside. Please contact your local taxing authority.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If the order is already in production at the time of cancellation, 10% of the order value will be added as a cancellation fee.
QUANTITY DISCOUNTS
Quantity discounts applicable for same product & same order. Different models of products and separate Purchase orders are not combinable for quantity discount.

CUSTOM VINYL
COM-Customer’s Own Material or other special order vinyl colors and patterns are priced at product price with the customer supplying the material.
COM’s will incur an administrative fee of $50 per order. A minimum 6"x6" sample of material may be requested in advance for evaluation with Winco Mfg., LLC products.
