Position: Inside Sales/Account Rep
Reports to: Charlie Bateman / Sales & Marketing VP

Summary: The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining and facilitating relationships with current customers, as well as pursuing new business for the Company.

Physical Requirements:
- Able to sit at desk for long periods of time (8 hours) in climate controlled environment; ongoing use of computer and telephone equipment (headset).
- Able to periodically move to other areas within the building; walk, stoop, bend.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs in order to assemble booth and/or products for sales conventions.
Skill Requirements:
- Assertive and Enthusiastic; confident in telephone pursuit of new business
- Two or more years of experience in inside sales or customer service; preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to consistently interact positively and professionally with Winco's customers and potential customers
- Excellent computer skills using Microsoft Office programs and the Internet
- Demonstrated ability to be self-motivated; able to work independently, with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated ability to follow-through in a timely fashion and with a sense of urgency e.g.., respond to requests, make-call backs as scheduled, and coordinate with sales team as required to facilitate action items.
- Attentive to detail; well organized record-keeper
- Team-player; able to work well with others
Job Duties:
- Contact existing Winco dealers and customers by telephone in order to provide updated information, maintain and facilitate relationships, update contact information and assist in product detailing and account resolution
- Pursue new business opportunities in specific geographical areas by cold-calling and networking via the use of Internet leads, trade show leads, trade publication leads, and Winco website requests
- Sales Rep Support
- Record-keep; update data bases and develop electronic records that reflect the above activities; Excel spreadsheets, etc., which can be utilized by other members of the Sales team.
- Provide standardized price quotations.
- Review monthly sales numbers and collaborate with National Sales Manager to develop plans of action to increase Winco's market share.
