On July 12, 2006 Winco®
launched its redesigned website. The new website
has a much cleaner look and is easier to navigate.
Some additional content was added, with plans to add
more in the near future. The new design was done
entirely in-house, so now that we do not have to
rely on an independent web developer, future updates
and additions will be easier and faster to
accomplish.
The site was entirely redesigned to
take full advantage of Microsoft's ASP.Net version
2.0. It was also made more user friendly by having
navigational buttons in a fixed header and an
adjustable product navigational tree in the left
panel. The product navigation tree and the main
panel are independently scrollable. Consideration
was also given to the viewer's screen resolution.
The new web site should be easy to view at 800x600
through 1280x1024 resolutions. |
